Our mission is simple
Raise up leaders who bring hope to a region in need of transformation.
We create trusted spaces for spiritual formation, honest conversation, practical training and relationships that carry leaders through the realities of ministry.
The leadership challenge
Today, Eastern Europe has been experiencing a leadership crisis for several decades — shaped by revolutions, full-scale wars, the Soviet legacy, mass migration of millions, persecution of Christian leaders, and other global upheavals.
Young Christian leaders are facing serious challenges, many of which have been passed down from previous generations.
On one hand, there is the responsibility to prepare the next generation — to pass on the baton of ministry, strengthen the Church, and expand the Kingdom of God.
On the other hand, there is the call to remain faithful to God, guard one’s heart and family, and find a healthy balance between ministry and life.
One response to these challenges was the creation of F5 MOVEMENT.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, F5 has helped evacuate people, deliver humanitarian aid and support children and families through local churches and therapeutic camps.

How the movement began
2017
The movement began in 2017 with small gatherings of leaders from Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
Today, F5 MOVEMENT brings together around 100 key leaders from more than 10 countries in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
