The primary mission of the F5 Movement is to raise and equip a new generation of Christian leaders — those who lead others to Christ by reflecting His character and walking in His will. To fulfill this vision and to build a strong platform for unity and training, we have developed several key initiatives — each designed to inspire, equip, and mobilize leaders for lasting impact.

We are creating a leadership podcast featuring various Christian leaders, discussing contemporary challenges facing the Church and Christianity. The podcast is released in English, Russian, and Ukrainian.
We hold regular Zoom meetings with young leaders, inviting experienced mentors to share practical knowledge, insights, and vision.
This is a “leadership club” format where young pastors and ministry leaders come together for fellowship, learning, and prayer. We invite strong speakers and experienced leaders who share their insights, inspire others, and help participants grow in their calling. The retreat atmosphere creates space for meaningful conversations, spiritual renewal, and a deepened sense of vision.
This is an on-site format where the F5 Movement team visits a global or local church to train and grow together with its team. We believe in passing on wisdom across generations — when seasoned leaders share not only their victories but also their struggles, mistakes, and honest experiences. These authentic conversations help emerging ministers learn from real stories and find fresh inspiration to move forward.
